Description

A delightful chocolate and toffee cream cheese ball coated in pecans, perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Skor toffee bits
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Skor toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Dump the softened cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.
  2. Cream together the ingredients with an electric mixer.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and brown sugar to the bowl.
  4. Continue mixing with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  5. Add the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits to the bowl.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to chill and firm up.
  8. After 2 hours, dump the cream cheese mixture onto some plastic wrap.
  9. Use the plastic wrap to shape the mixture into a ball.
  10. Dump the chopped pecans, mini chocolate chips and toffee bits into a large mixing bowl and stir well.
  11. Unwrap the cream cheese ball and place it in the bowl.
  12. Roll the ball around until it is completely coated in the toppings.
  13. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • This cream cheese ball can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Serve with crackers or fruit for a delicious appetizer.
