A delightful chocolate and toffee cream cheese ball coated in pecans, perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Skor toffee bits
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Skor toffee bits
Instructions
- Dump the softened cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.
- Cream together the ingredients with an electric mixer.
- Add the powdered sugar and brown sugar to the bowl.
- Continue mixing with the electric mixer until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
- Add the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits to the bowl.
- Stir well.
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to chill and firm up.
- After 2 hours, dump the cream cheese mixture onto some plastic wrap.
- Use the plastic wrap to shape the mixture into a ball.
- Dump the chopped pecans, mini chocolate chips and toffee bits into a large mixing bowl and stir well.
- Unwrap the cream cheese ball and place it in the bowl.
- Roll the ball around until it is completely coated in the toppings.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- This cream cheese ball can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Serve with crackers or fruit for a delicious appetizer.
