Description
Light and creamy chocolate pudding topped with crushed Oreos and fresh mint leaves.

- 4 cups Chocolate pudding
- 1 cup Oreos (Roughly chopped)
- 6–8 stalks Mint leaves (Fresh, Washed and patted dry, Can also use fresh rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
- Start off by preparing my favorite chocolate pudding. You can use store bought pudding too, if you are short on time.
- Pour pudding into clear mini glasses. Fill about halfway.
- Allow the pudding to cool down for about 20 minutes.
- Then, toss chopped Oreos on top of the pudding.
- Chill these cups in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or until it sets.
- Just before serving, push a few mint stalks into each pudding cup. Enjoy!
