Description

Light and creamy chocolate pudding topped with crushed Oreos and fresh mint leaves.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup Oreos (Roughly chopped)
  • 68 stalks Mint leaves (Fresh, Washed and patted dry, Can also use fresh rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Start off by preparing my favorite chocolate pudding. You can use store bought pudding too, if you are short on time.
  2. Pour pudding into clear mini glasses. Fill about halfway.
  3. Allow the pudding to cool down for about 20 minutes.
  4. Then, toss chopped Oreos on top of the pudding.
  5. Chill these cups in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or until it sets.
  6. Just before serving, push a few mint stalks into each pudding cup. Enjoy!
