Description

A delicious and easy linguine dish featuring diced chicken and a creamy cowboy butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Linguine
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
  • ½ cup Cowboy Butter (or garlic herb butter)
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the cowboy butter over medium heat until melted.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss in the cooked linguine, ensuring every strand is coated in the butter sauce.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider using garlic herb butter instead of regular cowboy butter.
