- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the cowboy butter over medium heat until melted.
- Add the diced chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked linguine, ensuring every strand is coated in the butter sauce.
- Stir in chopped parsley and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
