This delicious Chicken and Broccoli Bowtie Pasta is a quick and easy meal that’s perfect for any night of the week!

- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add bowtie pasta, and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet, add butter and let it melt, then stir in minced garlic and ranch seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the skillet. Toss to coat and cook until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Stir in Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and chives until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired. Serve hot.
