Instructions
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add baby potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir gently, and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked baby potatoes to the sauce, stirring to coat each potato evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
