Description
A delicious and creamy zucchini noodle dish with parmesan cheese and garlic.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté zucchini noodles for 3-5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside.
- In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir.
- Once simmering, mix in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Fold in the sautéed zucchini noodles until well coated.
- Sprinkle additional parmesan on top and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Use fresh lemon juice for a brighter taste.
