Description

Delicious and easy-to-make tortilla chips topped with cheese and pepperoni, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini beef pepperoni slices or finely chopped turkey ham
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • as needed Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will help the chips crisp up nicely and prevent sticking.
  2. Slice the Tortillas: Take each tortilla and cut it into 6 to 8 triangle-shaped pieces, just like you’re slicing a pizza. Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Add the Sauce and Toppings: Using a small spoon or brush, lightly spread pizza sauce over each tortilla triangle. Don’t overload them — just a thin layer will do. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by mini beef pepperoni or turkey ham. Finish with a pinch of Italian seasoning over the whole tray.
  4. Bake Until Crispy: Give the chips a quick spritz with olive oil spray to help them crisp up. Then bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  5. Cool and Serve: Let the chips cool for a few minutes out of the oven. This will help them firm up to the perfect chip texture. Serve them warm with a small bowl of marinara sauce on the side, or enjoy them as-is.

Notes

  • These chips are best served warm.
  • You can substitute the pepperoni with other toppings of your choice.
