Description

Deliciously soft and rich cookies flavored with Baileys Irish Cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or dark)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour in the Baileys Irish Cream, mixing until just combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Then gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients, forming a soft dough.
  4. Gently add the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop generous portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
