- 1 cup grated beets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine grated beets, almond flour, chia seeds, and seasonings until mixed well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Once cooled, break into pieces and serve with your favorite dip.
