Description
A flavorful dish featuring flank steak and broccolini, enhanced with gochujang and served over rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Broccolini, trimmed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 cups Cooked rice, for serving
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the flank steak and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in gochujang and soy sauce; add broccolini.
- Cook until broccolini is tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
- This dish pairs well with white or brown rice.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
