- 4 Italian sausages (spicy or sweet)
- 1 medium zucchini (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (any color, chopped)
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dill weed (fresh or dried)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Chop zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add chopped veggies and toss until well-coated.
- Grill sausages for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- After 5 minutes, add marinated vegetables to one side of the grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- While grilling, combine sour cream, dill weed, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Serve grilled sausages and veggies on a platter with creamy dill dip on the side.
