Description

A creamy, cheesy sauce with a kick of jalapeño.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  3. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens, about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in both cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, cayenne, and optional jalapeños. Stir to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or keep warm until ready to use.
