Description

Ingredients

  • 12 mini sausages or hot dogs
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares (about 3 inches each).
  3. Place one mini sausage at the edge of each square and roll it tightly.
  4. Brush the tops of the wrapped sausages with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces like mustard or ketchup.
