- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 12 mini sausages or hot dogs
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares (about 3 inches each).
- Place one mini sausage at the edge of each square and roll it tightly.
- Brush the tops of the wrapped sausages with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces like mustard or ketchup.
