  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    – Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    – Scrub the potatoes under running water and dry them thoroughly.
    – Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
    – Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
    – Place potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
  2. Cook the Steak:
    – While the potatoes bake, season the diced steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    – Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil.
    – Add the steak pieces and cook until browned on all sides and cooked to your preference (about 4-6 minutes).
    – Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the Bacon:
    – Cook bacon slices in a separate skillet or oven until crispy.
    – Drain on paper towels and crumble into bits.
  4. Assemble the Loaded Potatoes:
    – Once potatoes are done, remove from the oven.
    – Slice each potato open lengthwise and fluff the inside with a fork, placing a tablespoon of butter inside each.
    – Evenly distribute and mix in the steak, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
    – Sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish.
