Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the Cupcake Batter: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the milk.
