Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Wash and halve the baby potatoes. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh thyme leaves and a sprinkle of lemon zest, if desired. Serve warm.
