  • 1/4 cup strawberry jelly or jam
  • A few drops pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Prepare the Strawberries: In a small bowl, combine sliced strawberries with strawberry jelly or jam, mixing well to coat the strawberries.
  3. Assembling the Layers: In a rectangular dish, lay a single layer of graham crackers. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers. Evenly spread the strawberry mixture over the cream. Add another layer of graham crackers. Spread the remaining cream mixture on top. Optionally, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the cream mixture for a pink hue before spreading.
  4. Chilling: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the graham crackers to soften and flavors to meld.
  5. Serving: Cut into squares and serve chilled.
