Description

A delicious and nutritious vanilla protein smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of choice)
  • 3/4 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 32g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • Ice as desired

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a blender.
  2. Add the banana, followed by the protein powder, vanilla, and spices.
  3. Add as much ice as desired to make the smoothie your desired thickness.
  4. Blend on high until smooth.
