- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of choice)
- 3/4 cup frozen bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 32g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- Ice as desired
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a blender.
- Add the banana, followed by the protein powder, vanilla, and spices.
- Add as much ice as desired to make the smoothie your desired thickness.
- Blend on high until smooth.
