Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz salmon fillets, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Cook the salmon for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing shredded cabbage, cooked salmon, cilantro, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and drizzle of lime juice in each tortilla.
