- 4 oz salmon fillets, skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (red or green)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 small corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Cook the salmon for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shredded cabbage, cooked salmon, cilantro, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and drizzle of lime juice in each tortilla.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce.
- These tacos pair well with a side of avocado or mango salsa.
