A refreshing and tangy puffed rice chaat made with various chutneys and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 3 teaspoons green chutney
- 3 teaspoons tamarind chutney
- ½ cup chopped red onions
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)
- ½ cup boiled and cubed potatoes (¼-inch cubes)
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala spice mix
- 2 cups puffed rice (murmura)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup fine sev
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix coriander mint chutney, tamarind chutney, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, potatoes, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, and chaat masala powder.
- Add puffed rice and lime juice to the bowl and mix the contents of the bowl together.
- Transfer immediately in shallow bowls and garnish with fine sev. Serve immediately.

- This dish is best served fresh and can be customized with additional toppings as per preference.
