Description

A delicious creamy dressing perfect for salads and dips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. You can also whisk the ingredients together in a bowl using a wire whisk, wooden spoon or a fork if you don’t want to use a blender.
  3. Refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving so the dressing is nice and chilled and the flavors have a chance to blend together.
  4. Store the dressing in a mason jar or an airtight container in the refrigerator. If properly stored, the dressing should last up to 5 days.

Notes

  • For best flavor, allow to chill in the refrigerator before serving.
