Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped bell peppers, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
