Ingredients

- 2 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender and cool.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
- Fold in potatoes, chicken, onions, parsley, and pepper.
- Chill before serving.
