Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
    • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
    • Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the third.
    • Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
    • Remove from the pan and let it rest on a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Cook the Pasta:
