- 1 packet onion soup mix

Instructions
- Season the stew meat generously with salt and pepper.
- Optional: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the meat until browned on all sides.
- Place the seasoned (and optionally seared) meat into your slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, onion soup mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the meat in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Stir the meat gently to coat it with the sauce before serving.
