A delicious and quick Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry recipe that features tender beef, fresh broccoli, and a flavorful sauce.

- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium onion, sliced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat if needed.
- Push the beef to one side of the pan. Add the broccoli florets and onion to the other side. Stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Give the prepared sauce a quick stir, then pour it over the beef and broccoli in the skillet.
- Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and coats everything evenly.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
