Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  3. Layer frozen hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Top with diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the dish.
  7. For best results, cover and refrigerate overnight (optional).
  8. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  9. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
