Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and maple syrup until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned sprouts on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve warm, drizzling with extra maple syrup if desired.
