  • 5 drops Liquid Stevia Vanilla Drops (Substitute with vanilla extract if needed.)
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Berries (Good options include raspberries or strawberries.)
  • to taste Chocolate Chips (Dark chocolate is recommended.)

Instructions

  1. Scoop 1 cup of full-fat cottage cheese into a food processor and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add 1/3 cup of no-sugar-added natural peanut butter, your chosen sweetener, and 5 drops of liquid stevia vanilla to the blended cottage cheese. Blend for another 30 seconds until velvety.
  3. For an optional berry sauce, blend 1/2 cup of frozen berries with sweetener until pureed or simmer berries in a saucepan until thick.
  4. Spoon the whipped mixture into serving bowls and drizzle berry sauce over the top if made.
