Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

Description

Delicious and easy cheddar garlic biscuits that are perfect as a roll or biscuit.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (minced or 1/2 tsp garlic salt)
  • ½ cup milk (plus a splash or two more if needed)
  • ½ cup Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. NOTE: Don’t over stir the mixture as this will cause the biscuits to be tough.
  2. Grease six cups in a muffin tin and divide the dough evenly among the muffin cups.
  3. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes and serve as a roll or biscuit.

Notes

  • For best results, do not over mix the dough.
  • You may add more milk if the dough is too thick.
